Description.

The G&G ETU 2.0 and MOSFET 4.0 upgrade kit is designed to replace traditional mechanical trigger contacts in Version 2 gearbox airsoft guns with a modern electronic control system. This upgrade dramatically improves trigger response while protecting the electrical components inside your AEG. Instead of relying on mechanical contacts that can wear down or arc over time, the electronic trigger unit reads trigger input electronically and manages power delivery through the MOSFET system.

The combination of ETU 2.0 and MOSFET 4.0 provides fast electrical switching and more efficient power transfer between the battery and motor. The result is a sharper and more immediate trigger response, something many players notice straight away during semi-automatic fire. It also helps protect internal wiring and trigger contacts, which can improve the long-term reliability of the airsoft gun.

This version features a modern vertical flat trigger, often preferred by players who favour rapid semi-auto firing styles. The shorter pull distance and straight trigger face provide a consistent feel and quicker reset compared with traditional curved triggers. Programmable fire control allows users to switch between semi-auto, full-auto, 3-round burst, or 5-round burst depending on their play style or site rules.

The system also includes built-in low voltage cutoff protection to help prevent LiPo batteries from being over-discharged. Designed primarily for G&G M4 style platforms, the unit fits most Version 2 gearbox replicas including many M4, MP5 and similar platforms, although minor adjustments may occasionally be required when installing in non-G&G replicas.
