Vorsk VP-X Custom 1911 is modelled off of a very famous gun with which it shares its name. The 1911 has been used all over the world by many militaries, including the United Kingdom and the United States, in conflicts such as the first world war, the second world war and Vietnam and is still used in active service today. This is because the pistol is so well-liked and reliable in the field. This custom 1911 from Vorsk definitely lives up to the prestigious 1911 name.

Vorsk have, however, placed a modern twist when designing the pistol; it has Vorsk's custom compensator at the end of the barrel, which adds a nice tactical look to it. The slide is black metal which stands out nicely against the chrome controls of the pistol and incorporates grip points at the front and rear of the slide to make charging the pistol much easier and more reliable. The sighting of the pistol can be done using the fibre optic V-notch grove iron sights in black or with the BDS red dot sight that comes with the pistol. The pistol has great consistency when firing and with the sights on the pistol aiming is very easy.

The frame of the pistol is sturdy black metal that feels great to hold and sits the controls of the pistol. All of the controls of the pistol are chrome, which stands out nicely on the primarily black gun. The controls are straightforward, making it ideal for anyone starting airsoft and would like a historic but exciting airsoft sidearm. The grip is made from sturdy polymer and has a nice texture improving the draw speed and aiming down sight speed of the player as the pistol will not slip when in use.

With it being a 1911, the pistol features a beaver tail safety switch located at the rear of the grip, which will prevent the gun from discharging when not in use. 

The controls are well placed to help with comfort when handling the pistol and allows them to be used in any condition. 

We recommend that 0.20gram BBs are used or refer to our BB buying guide for the summer months. We recommend using Green Gas and red gas for the winter month. Due to it being a gas blowback gun, we recommend purchasing silicone lubricant from our website for gun maintenance.
