Description.

The Nuprol 1100mAh 7.4V 20C LiPo Stick Battery with Small Tamiya is a compact power pack for compatible rear-wired airsoft AEGs, particularly those where buffer tube or stock space is at a premium. This 7.4V 2S Lithium Polymer battery provides an 1100mAh capacity and an energy rating of 8.14Wh, with a 20C continuous discharge rating of 22A and a short-duration 40C burst capability of up to 44A. In skirmish terms, 7.4V LiPo power is a popular middle ground: it can provide crisp gearbox cycling and responsive semi-auto performance without the more demanding electrical and mechanical characteristics associated with stepping up to an 11.1V pack.

The stick configuration is especially useful for airsoft guns with narrow rear battery compartments, and at approximately 90g it adds very little unwanted weight to the replica. Nuprol fits this version with a Small Tamiya connector, making it a straightforward option for many factory-wired AEGs that haven't been converted to Deans. AWG16 wiring handles the main power delivery, while a separate JST-XH balance connector allows the individual LiPo cells to be correctly monitored and balanced by a compatible charger. It's a simple setup, but that's often exactly what you want from a skirmish battery: fit it, connect it and concentrate on the game.

Compared with traditional NiMH packs, LiPo batteries are popular with airsofters for their compact size and strong current delivery, although they do require more careful charging and storage. Battery compatibility depends on your airsoft gun's wiring, available compartment space and internal setup, so always check your replica manufacturer's voltage recommendations before use. Nuprol lists this pack at around 13 x 23 x 102mm; as supplied product information also references slightly different dimensions, measuring your available battery space before ordering is sensible. Always use a LiPo-compatible balance charger and never leave a LiPo unattended while charging.
