Description.

The Nuprol Battle Visor RX Tan/Smoked is full-seal protective airsoft eyewear built for players who spend plenty of time skirmishing outdoors. Its smoked single-piece polycarbonate lens helps tame harsh sunlight and glare, making it particularly useful across open ground, dry woodland and brighter summer game days. The visor-style lens also gives you a broad, uninterrupted field of view, handy when checking your peripheral vision before breaking cover. Underneath the good visibility is proper protection: the Battle Visor RX complies with EN166:2001 and carries a B impact rating, offering protection against high-speed particles weighing under 0.86g travelling at up to 120m/s.

For prescription glasses users, the supplied RX optical insert is arguably the cleverest part of the setup. The insert can be taken to an optician and fitted with corrective lenses, giving an airsofter prescription vision inside a full-seal visor without trying to wedge everyday spectacles underneath. A flexible TPU thermoplastic frame and foam gasket form a secure, comfortable seal around the eyes, while the adjustable elastic strap helps keep the 110g goggles steady when sprinting, crawling or rapidly shouldering an airsoft gun. The tan frame is also a natural partner for Multicam, desert and other earth-toned loadouts.

The smoked lens features anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments to help preserve visibility and resist the little scuffs that inevitably appear on frequently used airsoft kit. Anti-fog coatings can significantly help, although no full-seal eyewear is completely immune when humidity, sweat and temperature changes gang up on you. UV protection further strengthens this version's outdoor credentials. Compared with the clear-lens Battle Visor RX, the smoked version is the better pick for bright daylight and glare, while players mainly fighting through dim indoor CQB sites will generally benefit more from the increased light transmission of a clear lens.
