Description.

The Nuprol Battle Visor RX Black/Clear is full-seal protective airsoft eyewear aimed at players who want plenty of coverage without sacrificing their field of view. Its single-piece clear polycarbonate lens gives an uninterrupted view across the visor, which is particularly handy in CQB, indoor sites and darker woodland where tinted lenses can rob you of useful light. More importantly, the visor complies with EN166:2001 and carries a B impact rating, providing protection against high-speed particles weighing under 0.86g at velocities up to 120m/s. That's serious protection for a piece of kit weighing only around 110g.

Where the Battle Visor RX becomes especially useful is its supplied optical insert. This can be taken to an optician and fitted with corrective prescription lenses, giving glasses-wearing airsofters a neater alternative to trying to squeeze everyday spectacles underneath goggles. The flexible TPU thermoplastic frame follows the face closely, while the foam gasket creates a comfortable full seal and the adjustable elastic strap keeps everything planted when running, taking cover or repeatedly shouldering an airsoft gun. It can also work nicely as part of a helmet-based loadout, where secure retention matters more than you might initially expect.

Fogging remains a perennial discussion with full-seal airsoft goggles; no coating can completely defeat moisture in every combination of humidity, temperature and heavy exertion. Nuprol therefore uses an anti-fog treatment to help maintain visibility, alongside an anti-scratch coating that protects the clear lens from the inevitable knocks of regular skirmishing. UV protection adds usefulness outdoors too. For players who need prescription correction, favour full-seal goggles over shooting-style glasses, or regularly move between indoor CQB and outdoor games, the Battle Visor RX offers a sensible balance of protection, visibility and everyday skirmish practicality.
