Description.
The CYMA 7mm Gearbox Bushings Set is a solid upgrade for airsofters working on an AEG gearbox that needs extra strength and reliability. Unlike ball bearings, these solid steel bushings have no tiny moving parts inside, making them a popular choice for high-stress builds, stronger springs, DMR setups, and fast-cycling airsoft gun projects.
Each bushing has a 7mm outer diameter and a 3mm inner bore, giving a snug fit in compatible gearbox shells while keeping standard AEG gear axles properly supported. When fitted and shimmed correctly, they help reduce unwanted movement, improve gear stability, and give your drivetrain a more dependable base to work from.
For best results, accurate shimming and good gearbox grease are recommended. Solid bushings are tough, but they still need careful setup to keep the gears spinning cleanly without unnecessary motor strain.
