Blackviper Heavyweight M1911 Spring Pistol
The blackviper M1911 series is a replica of the standard military issue sidearm for U.S. troops in WORLD WAR 2 and is still used today and it also boasts a dual functional safety and a heavyweight life like feel That's ideal for collectors, target shooters and backyard "plinkers" alike.
it also has open breach feature adds to its realism of this pistol it is a single shot, spring-powered pistol (No batteries or gas needed) and it has a 22-round magazine and fires 6mm BB rounds at an impressive 280 FPS muzzle velocity.
The externals of this weapon are plastic with full metal internals back and front sights.
The top slide is quite easy to pull back and works smoothly and it also has a working safety on the gun.
The gun has a working hammer and comes with Pack of decent Quality bbs (100 aprox)
This is the top of the range spring pistol from balckviper and they don't get any better than this.

So, first off, we're talking about £25 gun, what I say i don't mean as a review against main brands and actual skirmish meta. I mean "you want to see if you get positive emotional feedback from airsoft's simulated realism" and practice in your garden.
And with that in mind - this gun is AMAZING. Listen, yes, it says plastic, but it is more half metal half plastic, and metal where it matters. Top slide - underneath there is a metal frame it sits on, it doesn't feel flimsy at all (texture of the black plastic is possibly the worse part, but that is just a cover to a metal slide. Internals - both spring guide rods are metal, plunger housing is metal, barrel is metal (with plastic tube around it for aesthetics). The transparent plastic doesn't detract that much from the looks, you know it is a fake gun, whatever.
Now, holding that in hand is an amazing feeling. Well balanced, very comfortable. It doesn't feel cheap at all. Springs are tight, there is no creaking or play, it is REALLY well measured.
There's working hammer (it either pulls back with the prime or you can manually pull it back and it will fall down with great click even if the gun is not primed), working grip safety, working safety switch, working slide lock (manual, cosmetic only as gun doesn't lock back when empty obviously). And they do work well and feel right. I was really surprised that the grip safety worked.
Magazine does gravity drop, the well tolerances are perfect, no catching, no scraping. Buttery smooth and locks like a dream.
Performance-wise it seems perfectly serviceable up to 30m and the fact of being a springer is the only thing that holds it back. It shoots 0.2 BBs at a perfectly flat trajectory up to 20-25 meters, after that it may not have enough power to let someone know (or acknowledge) they're hit if they get it in a thicker part of their gear (though defo would feel that in the soft area).
It is very accurate and honestly the feel to it is way out of its price league. It is fairly realistic to a point where that clear plastic may not be enough at distance, so be careful, from distance its easy to mistake for a silver finish.
For that price, if you ever would go for just one gun to "try what the whole realism is about" as opposed to your Nerf or Gel - this is really money well spent without going crazy. -

Very powerful and perfectly accurate when using 0.2s. I have looked on other websites and nothing seems to compare. The dual safeties are very nice and the open chamber is also cool. I have looked on other websites and the only other spring pistols that might compare are the other black viper pistols that likely have the same internals.

Love the M1911 style and wanted an inexpensive springer. I'd recommend 0.20g bbs rather than 0.12g. Slide is smooth and the gun feels good to hold and is neither too light nor heavy. Used it quite a lot since it was delivered and it hasn't dropped a shot at all unlike some previous springers I've bought. I would recommend this if you're after an inexpensive great quality springer. Brilliant.

Had this Gun a few weeks now and it has be a pleasure to use, Well what can I say about the 'Blackviper Heavyweight M1911-A1 Spring Pistol'. Let me tell you, It is accurate, comfortable to use and runs smooth. It is also surprisingly Powerful which only adds to the value for money aspect of things. It is little Gems like this that keep me coming back to BBguns4less.

feels very well made, nice and solid with pretty good weight.
Very accurate at the short distances I have tried so far and holds 25 BBs in the mag. Features are great including open chamber, and both grip safety and thumb safety work like the real thing. Looks nice too in the black and seethrough. -

Haven't owned a airsoft gun since the 80's and fancied another but didn't want to spend a king ransom on one. Still wanted a decent replica - nothing too cheap and nasty and this pistol is a excellent copy for the cash. Pretty decent power and great detail of a classic 1911 pistol, recommended if you just want a decent back garden plinker with a bit of class.

Wow. £22 well spent, ok so it’s no gbb or anything but it’s a great little shooter for indoor practice, hits quite hard and the accuracy is better than the price would suggest!
