A&K Winchester 1873 Mare's Leg Rifle in Gold with Wood Finish

A&K's Airsoft replica of the Winchester 1873 a lever-action repeating rifle. (the Gun that Won the West) This airsoft variant has had the barrel and stock sawn-off, an arrangement more usually known as the Mare's Leg, that was popularised by Steve McQueen's character Josh Randall in the 50s tv show Wanted: Dead or Alive. It has also been featured as a weapon in the video game Battlefield 4.

The A&K 1873 is a gas-powered airsoft rifle with a lever action. A&K may have been inspired by the success of "lever action shotguns" in video games (looking at you, Call of Duty: Model 1887), which have barrels that are much shorter than what any self-respecting cowboy would have had cut off his 1873. This factor also shows the choices that can be bought. The airsoft model Winchester itself has an internal 22 Rounds magazine that is fed through a tube. With the internal gas tank, it will be a lot of fun to use the lever to cock the gun between shots as you try to keep firing.

The Winchester Rifle has become a sign of the American frontier and will always be loved as a national symbol of an armed country. The love of westerns in the entertainment business made the Winchester Rifle even more well-known. Movie stars like John Wayne and Clint Eastwood have used it to stop many violent criminals in the movies.

This replica comes in a wood finish and full metal construction.
