Electric airsoft guns are the weapons of choice for almost every single player at some point in their 
life as a skirmisher. These are some of the most commonly produced types of weapons that are 
available to an airsoft player and as such almost every single real weapon has been recreated in 
airsoft – this means that people new to the sport that have never done shooting before can choose
a weapon they like based on their experiences in video games, or from other experiences.

to the full professional match-grade airsoft rifles used in normal skirmishes.

The most commonly purchased starter weapons (skirmish grade) in the world of airsoft are 
either AR series weapons such as M4’s or M16’s, AK range of weapons such as 47’s or 74’s, 
or something from the G36 family of weapons – these weapons usually accept standardised 
upgrades and will be designed to last you for as long as possible in your time as a skirmisher.
