There are two types of shells to this helmet, The Bump Shell that has oval holes in it for ventilation and the Ballistic Shell that is solid. This helmet is non-ballistic, so it will not protect you in a real gunfight, but it is plenty strong enough to withstand even the most powerful of airsoft guns.

The FAST-ARC Rail system has four positions for rail mounted accessories two upper dovetails on the sides and two lower dove tails. The upper ARC dove tails are for things like low profile lights, video cameras, visor, mandible and up-armour side covers. The lower ARC dovetails are for attaching devices like flip-out COMs headset, battery pack, goggle strap keeper, mandible and up-armour side covers, there are also lots of velcro parts over the helmet that you can attach moral patches onto that will make your helmet look unique on any airsoft field or skirmish site.

Inside the helmet, there are some attachable pads to keep your head comfortable, and there are some lanyard bungees that go from the bottom front of the ARC rail on each side are intended to work with a host of NV products like binocular devices, etc. The bungee cord is a short length of elastic with a ring and snap hook on the end.

This helmet also works great with paintballing games and other outdoor sports.
