This Airsoft GBB pistol is a replica of the Springfield Armory XD (M) Compact model.
The real gun Brought to the market In 2007 by Springfield Armory rocked the polymer pistol world with the debut of the new XD(M) series of handguns & changed the pistol scene, and in a stroke set new, higher standards for ergonomic comfort, ease of operation, features & performance.
The XD(M) provides the best ergonomic experience you can get in a polymer pistol platform, as this pistol flawlessly to fit's to your hand.
This Springfield Armory XD (M) Compact Replica is made by the WE-tech airsoft company of taiwan, this weapon is a GBB pistol is a gas blow back model, that shoots semi-automatic. If you don't know blowback means that the top slide will recoil on pulling the trigger giving this pistol an ultra realistic appearance and feel.
The pistols top slide is made of metal as well as the outer barrel with the rest of the gun is made from a durable polymer.
This pistol weighs around 735 grams, and the total length of the gun is approx 173mm, this is the compact model, but on the photos on this page, you see the extended mag that makes the grip a bit longer.
This weapon comes compleat with a 25 rounds mag with an extra bb held in the chamber; The xdm compact has a shooting velocity of approx 265fps, but on testing, it was quite cold and may give a bit more power in the summer time when its slightly more warm.
There is a tactical R.I.S rail on the pistol for adding extras like a flashlight or laser etc, and the xdm airsoft pistol also features an integrated two stage trigger safety as well as a safety on the frame of the gun.
