Bronze Metalwork, Tactical Tan Grip And Hard-Hitting Gas Blowback Action - A Hi-Capa With Plenty Of Character!

Description.

The Vorsk Hi-Capa CS Vengeance 5.1 REQUIEM GBB Pistol in Bronze with Tan Grip brings a slightly different flavour to the popular Hi-Capa platform. With its bronze-coloured CNC aluminium top slide, contrasting tan grip and distinctive Vengeance styling, this airsoft pistol looks every bit as interesting as its specifications suggest. It's not all about appearances, though. Underneath the striking finish is a practical gas blowback sidearm with a 6.03mm tightbore barrel, adjustable hop-up and a full-metal slide and frame.

Anyone familiar with gas blowback pistols will recognise the Hi-Capa layout straight away. There's a reason this design remains popular among airsofters. The comfortable grip, responsive trigger and generous magazine capacity make it a versatile choice for both woodland skirmishing and indoor CQB. VORSK has taken that familiar formula and added its own touches, giving this BB Gun a distinctive appearance without sacrificing the features that make the platform so useful.

Bronze CNC Aluminium Slide With Tan Fish-Scale Grip

Starting at the muzzle, the CS Vengeance 5.1 features an extended slide with a bronze finish that gives the pistol a warm metallic appearance. It's a refreshing change from the usual black airsoft handgun, especially when paired with the contrasting tan grip.

Both the slide and frame are made from CNC-finished aluminium alloy, giving the pistol a reassuringly solid feel. VORSK has added deeper etched sections along the slide, providing useful grip when cocking the pistol or checking the chamber. Selective vent ports reveal portions of the fluted outer barrel underneath, adding some mechanical detail without turning the slide into Swiss cheese.

Moving back, the moulded HIPS polymer grip features VORSK's distinctive fish-scale texture. The raised pattern gives your hand something to hold onto, particularly when wearing gloves or playing in wet conditions. The tan colour works particularly well alongside the bronze slide, creating a tactical-looking combination that stands out without being overly flashy.

The beavertail safety and ergonomic controls round off the handling nicely. Everything feels familiar if you've used a Hi-Capa before, which is exactly what you want when switching between your primary airsoft gun and your sidearm.

Realistic Gas Blowback Performance

Of course, the main attraction of a GBB pistol is the way it shoots. Every pull of the trigger sends the metal slide cycling backwards and forwards, producing a satisfying mechanical kick. It's a completely different experience from firing a basic spring-powered pistol, and it's one of the reasons gas blowback handguns are so popular.

VORSK quotes a muzzle velocity of approximately 330 FPS using 0.20g BBs with VORSK V6 gas at 20°C. That's a useful level of performance for a skirmish sidearm, although actual FPS will vary depending on temperature, gas pressure and other operating conditions. Always check your local site's power limits before playing.

The semi-automatic firing system uses a crisp, short-pull trigger, allowing controlled follow-up shots without excessive finger movement. Combined with the extended slide and comfortable grip, the pistol feels well suited to deliberate shooting and quick target transitions.

6.03mm Tightbore Barrel and Adjustable Hop-Up

Inside the Vengeance 5.1 sits a 113mm long, 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel. This narrower bore is designed to support consistent BB travel, helping the pistol deliver predictable groupings when paired with good-quality ammunition.

You'll also find an adjustable hop-up system, which allows you to control the backspin applied to each BB. A correctly adjusted hop-up helps the BB maintain a flatter trajectory, making it easier to land shots at longer distances.

The extended 5.1-inch slide also provides a longer sight radius than shorter compact pistols. In plain English, there's more distance between the front and rear sights, making small aiming errors easier to spot. A handy advantage when you're trying to hit a target rather than the tree next to it.

Fibre-Optic Sights, Accessory Rail and Threaded Muzzle

For aiming, VORSK has fitted a single fibre-optic front sight and a traditional rear notch. It's a simple, effective arrangement that keeps the sight picture clear and makes target acquisition straightforward.

Underneath the frame sits a standard 20mm accessory rail, allowing compatible pistol torches and laser accessories to be attached. That's particularly useful for indoor CQB games where lighting conditions can change from one room to the next.

At the muzzle, the pistol comes with a fitted flash hider and a 12mm clockwise to 14mm counter-clockwise thread adaptor. This gives you additional options for compatible threaded muzzle accessories, provided the dimensions and threading match.

23-Round Magazine and CO2 Conversion Options

The CS Vengeance 5.1 comes supplied with a standard 23-round Vengeance gas magazine. It offers a sensible ammunition capacity for a secondary weapon without making the grip unnecessarily bulky.

The pistol is compatible with VORSK V6 and V8 GBB gas, while the included CO2 conversion nozzle and spring allow the use of compatible CO2 magazines after the appropriate conversion. A CO2 magazine isn't included, so you'll need to purchase one separately if you want to go down that route.

VORSK also offers a compatible 48-round extended gas magazine, which is worth considering if you plan to use the pistol as your main weapon during CQB games.

Another welcome addition is the maintenance equipment included in the box. Alongside the barrel bushing tool, you get a spare gas nozzle and replacement O-ring set. Gas pistols occasionally need fresh seals or a little attention after heavy use, so having these parts ready is a nice touch.

The TM/WE compatible platform also provides additional possibilities for replacement components and customisation, although aftermarket parts should always be checked for fitment.
