Bold Red Slide, Black Textured Grip And Matching Red Controls - Compact Hi-Capa Handling With a Proper Gas Blowback Kick!

Description.

The Vorsk Hi-Capa CS Vengeance 3.8 Compact GBB Airsoft Pistol in Red and Black is a cracking-looking little sidearm with plenty going on beneath its distinctive finish. The red aluminium alloy top slide immediately catches your eye, while the contrasting black grip and matching red controls give this airsoft pistol a competition-inspired appearance. It's a bold colour combination, certainly, but there's some proper engineering underneath it. A CNC-finished metal slide and frame, adjustable hop-up and realistic gas blowback system make this more than just something pretty for the display cabinet.

Based on VORSK's compact 3.8 Hi-Capa platform, this BB Gun offers the familiar handling of a larger gas blowback handgun in a shorter package. At 209mm long, it's easier to manoeuvre in confined spaces than the extended 5.1-inch version, making it an appealing option for CQB games or as a secondary weapon. You still get the reassuring weight of a metal pistol, though, with the manufacturer quoting approximately 874g.

Red CNC Aluminium Slide with Black Grip and Red Controls

Starting at the muzzle, the Vengeance 3.8 features a compact CNC-finished aluminium alloy slide in a striking red finish. Deeper etched detailing runs along the slide, providing useful gripping surfaces when pulling it back or checking the chamber.

VORSK has also incorporated selective vent ports that reveal sections of the fluted outer barrel underneath. The openings add a little mechanical character while keeping the slide design relatively restrained. No enormous cut-outs everywhere. Just enough detailing to make things interesting.

The aluminium alloy frame gives the pistol a substantial feel, while the black HIPS polymer grip provides a smart contrast against the red upper section. Matching red controls tie the colour scheme together, giving the handgun a distinctive custom-style appearance straight out of the box.

Moving onto the grip itself, VORSK has used its recognisable fish-scale texture. The raised pattern helps maintain a secure hold, particularly when wearing gloves or playing in damp conditions. It's comfortable without feeling excessively smooth, and the familiar Hi-Capa grip shape sits naturally in the hand.

A beavertail grip safety provides an additional mechanical safeguard, requiring positive grip engagement before the pistol can fire.

Realistic Gas Blowback and Responsive Handling

The CS Vengeance 3.8 uses a semi-automatic gas blowback system, so the metal slide cycles backwards and forwards every time you pull the trigger. That movement produces the satisfying mechanical kick that makes GBB pistols so enjoyable compared with basic spring-powered alternatives.

With its compact slide and short-pull trigger, the Vengeance has a lively, responsive character. Follow-up shots feel natural, and the shorter overall length makes the pistol easy to move between targets during close-range games.

VORSK quotes approximately 300 FPS using V6 gas and 320 FPS using V8 gas, measured with 0.20g BBs at 20°C. Actual muzzle velocity will vary with temperature, gas pressure and operating conditions, so always check your local site's power limits.

Internally, VORSK uses steel, brass and aluminium alloy components, with polymer feed lips and nozzles. It's a practical combination of materials designed to balance strength, weight and serviceability.

6.03mm Tightbore Barrel and Adjustable Hop-Up

Inside the compact slide sits a 96mm long, 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel. Although shorter than the barrel fitted to the larger Vengeance models, it still provides a useful foundation for consistent BB flight.

The adjustable hop-up allows you to fine-tune the backspin applied to each BB. Set it correctly for your chosen ammunition and you'll achieve a flatter trajectory with more predictable shot groupings.

Up top, VORSK has fitted a single fibre-optic front sight and traditional rear notch. The arrangement keeps the sight picture uncluttered, helping you acquire targets quickly without having to search around for the front sight.

The compact slide naturally provides a shorter sight radius than a full-sized Hi-Capa. That's the trade-off for a smaller handgun, but for close-range skirmishing it's a sensible compromise.

20mm Accessory Rail and Threaded Muzzle

Underneath the frame sits an integrated 20mm accessory rail, suitable for compatible pistol torches and laser accessories. A useful addition for indoor CQB players who regularly find themselves moving through darker rooms and corridors.

At the muzzle, VORSK supplies a fitted flash hider and a 12mm clockwise to 14mm counter-clockwise thread adaptor. This provides additional options for compatible threaded muzzle accessories, although it's worth checking dimensions and clearance before fitting anything to a compact pistol.

The combination of textured grip, accessible controls and practical accessory mounting makes the Vengeance 3.8 a versatile little airsoft handgun.

23-Round Gas Magazine and CO2 Conversion Options

The Red and Black Vengeance 3.8 comes supplied with a standard 23-round Hi-Capa Vengeance gas magazine. That's a generous capacity for a compact pistol, particularly compared with smaller single-stack designs.

The pistol is compatible with VORSK V6 and V8 GBB fuel. VORSK also includes a CO2 conversion nozzle and spring, allowing the pistol to be configured for compatible CO2 magazines. The CO2 magazine itself is available separately.

For players who want additional ammunition, a compatible 48-round extended gas magazine is also available. It extends below the grip, naturally, but provides considerably more BBs between reloads.

VORSK has also included some useful maintenance equipment. Alongside the barrel bushing tool, you'll find a spare gas nozzle and replacement O-ring set. Gas blowback pistols benefit from regular cleaning, suitable lubrication and seal inspection, so having these parts ready is a welcome touch.

The TM/WE compatible platform provides further opportunities for replacement components and customisation, although individual aftermarket parts should always be checked for fitment.
