Description
The pistol is the medium sized hi capa model which makes it very versatile and can be used for both skirmish and CQB, there are other models of the Hi capa which are also Hydro dipped to give a camouflaged look.
The hydro series gets its name from the hydro-dripping painting process to give the pistol the unique camouflage effect shown in the picture. The camouflage effect helps camouflage the gun.
This hi-capa pistol has a tan metal slide and features grooves to improve the reliability of chambering the first round. These grooves give something to grip, making it easier to pull backwards. On the top of the slide is a set of fibre optic V-notch sights that allow for an excellent clear sight window even at night. This is a gas blowback system which means each time you pull the trigger, the slide will move to the rear and back again to re-chamber a new round. This function is snappy, authentic, and has a nice feel.
The frame is made from metal and feels very solid and robust. It has a MTP (Multi Terrain Pattern) hydro-dip painting as the slide, making a great camouflage pattern; this makes the pistol blend nicely with the surroundings and maintain a covert look. The pistol controls are all black metal and include the trigger, magazine release, slide catch, external safety and beaver tail safety switch. All of these are well-made and well placed to maximise effectiveness and efficiency. The safety systems on the pistol prevent the pistol from accidentally firing; the external safety switch is located at the rear of the slide and is ambidextrous. The beaver tail safety switch works by applying pressure to the switch when in hand and will release the hammer to allow it to fire. The pistol's grip has polymer shells that are also hydro-drip painted to give the same camouflage effect; they are both textured to provide a non-slip grip making the handling much better.
