The yellow polycarbonate lens helps enhance perceived contrast, making details easier to distinguish when moving through shaded woodland, dark structures or mixed-light CQB areas. Nuprol also uses a dual-pane thermal lens construction, creating an insulating air gap between the inner and outer surfaces.
