DESCRIPTION:
This is HFC's take on the M9 pistol, this version of the weapon is a "custom" variant
of the pistol with an intricate wave pattern cut into the grip, slide release, and slide
itself. Many people favour the M9 pistol over the alternate options due to it having
a slightly thicker grip, with quite a significant beavertail - this means that even those
with large hands can comfortable shoot the weapon. By keeping the front of the grip
smooth with no "bumps" to guide the shooter's hand, the user can take a hold on
the pistol that is comfortable to them (something that is occasionally an issue when
shooting Glocks, as the finger grooves don't fit everyone the same!)
As the M9 is primarily a military pistol, there are a number of design features that
make it ideal for use when skirmishing in an airsoft game, the bottom of the grip
features a mounting point for a pistol strap, meaning you can be sure that if your
weapon falls out your holster you will not lose it in the field! The trigger guard is
made to be ideal for shooting with gloves (note, it is slightly wider than a Glock
trigger guard to allow for padded gloves) and the trigger itself is quite long
when compared to alternate models of pistol.
The finish on the handgrips are superb, with a mixture of smooth sections for comfort,
and aggressive textures to help keep a strong grip on the weapon - the weapon feels
incredibly comfortable to hold, BUT might be slightly large for shooters with smaller hands.
The general build quality of this pistol is surprisingly very good for the low price,
however you may want to lubricate the slide rails and internal components before first use
to ensure the life of your pistol is kept to the maximum! This being said, as this is a
TM clone, most of the internals are fully compatible meaning spares and upgrade parts
are easy to source with plenty of online tutorials and videos explaining how to add
and maintain these parts.
Please note - This comes in a solid case, and a small pack of BB's but with NO GAS!
