DESCRIPTION:

This Galaxy G2A pistol is a mock A Colt M1911. Its made from an entire metal Zinc alloy shell that adds to the realism of the weapon, the only parts being plastic are the black textured grips and some minor internal parts.

The pistol This model comes in a factory sprayed blue and black finish, but we also sell a red/black version.

The gun is operated by pulling the slide, which cocks the spring for a single shot. Spring system guns like this are very affordable to buy and use ongoing as they require no gas or batteries to operate. However, it is not skirmishable so if you are looking for a pistol for an airsoft skirmish, check out our non-blowback gas pistols, as they are the next step up in quality.

The pistol is not full scale and is about 160mm long (without the silencer), making it suitable for younger players with smaller hands.

The petite size of the gun does not impede it & it's actually quite punchy power-wise as on testing, this was shooting at around 235FPS, we would recommend you to use 0.12g bb pellets with it, but you could use 0.20g if you wanted, as typically it takes 6mm pellets. Accuracy wise it's decent if you use the correct pellets. If you find pellets veering up you, need to use more heavy bb pellets with it.

There are some realistic features on this gun like the iron sights, slide cocking serrations, textured grip and magazine release, etc., and it is also suitable for a prop or display use, but remember it's not full scale.

There is a Push button mag/clip release to remove the plastic magazine that holds about 12 BB's. The G2A, along with the other metal range from Galaxy, has no safety catch, but are it's manually cocked, this does not really create much of a problem.

This model is the Galaxy G2A Version and the same as the G2, but it comes with an added mock silencer, it doesn't do much, but it looks pretty cool and gives you a few more fps. To fit the silencer to the gun, you just twist it onto the thread and the end of the barrel. This new type model of the G2A doesn't allow you to rotate the silencer too tight as the thread on the pistol is reversed, so if you tighten it too much, it starts to come back off. This is quite a good improvement on the older models, as some users were tightening them too much and breaking the silencers.

As it's small in size, you could put it in a small pocket as a backup weapon; it also fits larger hands nicely even if you have bigger fingers.

This low-cost bb gun pistol comes with a small pack of about 30 bb pellets and is packed in a polystyrene box with a picture cover.

No Manual or instructions come with this gun, but it's straightforward to use.
