Description
The G19 pistol from Galaxy the well-known company in the bb gun industry from China who is mostly known for their wide range of full metal body inexpensive pistols.
This bb gun is a replica of a Walther P99 pistol, The Walther P99 is a semi-automatic pistol produced by the German company Carl Walther GmbH for law enforcement, protection forces and the private shooting market as a replacement for the Walther P5. The P99 is used by many police forces around the world, for example, the German state police, Dutch, Polish, and the Irish Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, but not so well known it was also used in the UK by the Nottinghamshire Police armed specialist units.
This airsoft version of the P99 looks the same but does not have any of the Walther P99 markings that are normally on the top slide of the weapon. another difference is the real gun is made of polymer and this copy is made of metal, but that's not a drawback as the metal build makes this pistol very solid and tough.
as with other bb guns from galaxy, the pistol does not have a working safety selector, the pistol's magazine is removable, to remove it you simply press the black button on the side of the gun, but make sure you have your hand ready the catch the mag as if you don't it will simply drop to the floor risking damaging it.
The G19 has fixed iron sights on the top of the slide for aiming, and the grip has a contoured thumb rest and an anti-slip texture, there is also a small rail on the underside of the barrel for attaching a flashlight or laser aimer etc. The G19 has a fixed hop-up for added range.
The compact size of this weapon makes it ideal as a starter pistol for younger players for garden shootouts and target practice.
The Galaxy G19 is cheap to use as its spring powered you need no gas or batteries to make it work, just pull back the top slide and squeeze the trigger.

Great! (But a little small)

This little gun packs a punch.This was my first bb and I’m shocked.The metal construction was very high quality to my surprise as I thought it was gonna be some cheap aluminium.Its sort of hard to cock it but not impossible.The magazine has a nice weight to it but I found it can only hold 8 rounds and not 9 for some reason.Overall great gun.

You have to know first that this is a smaller replica, however it makes it a great little gun, its quite powerful and i had a lot of fun with it so far. I love the style and am now on the hunt for the bigger version with gas. I must add although not very good with answering messages BBguns4 less are quick on postage, and delivery times and this is golden when you want something, and have paid for it, and have been kept waiting. The opposite to this is PREPPERSSHOPUK, who are absolutely terrible. Items shown in stock are promised to be delivered the same day if bought before 12 midday, yet they still haven't sent a crossbow after 5 days. They don't respond to emails and are a sham of a company. i don't like to name and shame in a review of something different, but if I can help someone dodge this bullet , its PREPPERSSHOPUK. , Bravo BBguns4less, just answer the messages and you would be perfect.

Decent for newbies

It’s full metal(zinc) and is extremely lightweight. The slide is tough to pull back but nothing to major. Average accuracy. Overall good for newbies.

I ordered two of these and thought they were excellent value for money although one of them is a bit stiff to cock but I expect it to ease off with use. Delivery was super fast. Overall, I am very pleased.

Decent Gun

I was very excited to get this gun as I really like the p99 look. When I got the gun I noticed that they gave me a few coupon codes which is very kind and I really appreciate that. The other thing I noticed is that the gun was all black apart from the top slide which I would prefer to the entire gun being blue. The gun has a nice weight and look to it but the firing quality isn't the best. After about 8 metres the bb swoops up in a matter of seconds not like a normal hop up. I hope this calms down a little bit since I've only had the gun for a couple of weeks. This does make it effective at only extremely close ranges. Also the magazine is an 8 round not 9. Apart from all that I really like this gun as a part of my collection.

This is a very nice smallish metal gun, a great first weapon, very powerful, really packs a punch. Strongly suggest getting and consider using it as your main sidearm. 5 stars
