Description.

The DYE i5 Paintball Mask Goggles - Fire 2.0 combine DYE's distinctive i5 styling with a feature set that translates extremely well to airsoft skirmishing. Front and centre is the Tirodial Horizon 290-degree lens system, designed to provide an expansive field of view with strong horizontal and vertical peripheral vision. In practical terms, there's less of that tunnel-vision feeling you can get with smaller goggles. It's useful when pieing a doorway in CQB, keeping tabs on several woodland firing lanes or noticing an opposing player moving at the edge of your vision. The Fire 2.0 comes fitted with a striking DYETANIUM Bronze Fire thermal lens, giving the mask its fiery appearance while maintaining clear optics.

The thermal lens uses a dual-pane arrangement to help reduce condensation and fogging, something that becomes particularly important once you're running around in warm kit. Fog performance is always subject to a bit of debate among airsofters because temperature, humidity, airflow and perspiration can turn even a good setup into a miniature greenhouse under extreme conditions.
