The rifle has some of the stuff as some other guns costing much more offer like a metal gearbox and other mechanical parts etc., but at a low price to suit airsoft beginners

Nice gun, but...

Received my Cyma Galil in good time and well packaged.
Upon first handling of the gun, the poor quality of the receiver cover and its inability to stay attached to the gun, very quickly became apparent. The mechanism Cyma have designed to try and retain the cover in place is woefully inadequate and will require a modification from myself to fully rectify.
Further, the charging handle assembly rubs against the internal wiring and even after just a few retractions, the assembly has managed to erode the plastic coating of the wiring, which will again require rectification from myself to resolve.
The issues are a shame, as the gun itself feels good, has the rough-and-ready feel akin to the real thing - including a magazine that does wobble somewhat, yet this isn't unusual to similar designs. It shoots well and has a surprisingly decent range for the type.
All in all, a nice gun but with some major flaws that come unfortunately with budget Cyma designs.
