Description
Use the new ULTIMATE® Upgrade Series Anti Reversal Latch to safeguard the motor and gears of your AEG.
A beautifully made part is the CNC designed Anti Reversal Latch from the ULTIMATE® Upgrade Series. High-grade wire spring and aluminium alloy, along with ball bearing steel, combine to create this robust Anti Reversal Latch. This produces a robust and long-lasting part that prevents the AEG gearbox's gears from turning backward.
Standard models may require routine maintenance and replacement because this component is prone to wear due to its high performance and high-speed AEG designs. Because it is designed with a harder shaft than many other ARLs, the ASG ULTIMATE® Upgrade Series Anti Reversal Latch ensures tight engagement and prevents "idling," which lowers the possibility of piston damage.
An Anti Reversal latch with a longer lifespan than most is produced by the close meshing of the bearing steel shaft and catch, in addition to the increased material hardness. Furthermore, the premium "piano wire" spring is more resilient than cheaper wire springs, guaranteeing that the latch's "rebound speed" is adequate to consistently engage with the bevel gear.
In order to ensure they can withstand even the most severe use, ULTIMATE® Upgrade Series gearbox parts have undergone extensive testing over thousands of high-speed cycles utilising a variety of spring strengths and gear ratios. These tests are intended to provide the best fit and durability possible. Because of this, we advise against combining or mixing ULTIMATE® gearbox parts with other upgrade parts, as this may have an impact on the upgrade's performance and outcome.
