ASG ULTIMATE Airsoft Piston Polycarbonate M170 in Red

The ULTIMATE extreme performance piston is made of a polycarbonate resin that is 50% stronger and has steel teeth that are intended for high-speed tunes and heavy tunes at speeds between 150 and 190 m/s.
The piston's sizes have been changed so that it fits properly in ULTIMATE gearboxes and works smoothly with little friction.
The length has been changed so that the first gear and the first teeth of the piston make perfect touch with each other. This keeps them from breaking and reduces wear.

In extreme tuneups whether for speed or power, the forces acting on the piston and gears are huge.
Every little thing about how the parts are designed and how big they are is very important.
When the gear slides against the piston for the first time, it hits the first set of teeth on the piston very hard.
For the first part of the ULTIMATE piston, polycarbonate teeth were used because they can handle pressure better than steel.
The teeth are under a lot more pressure as the piston moves farther back. This is where steel teeth with a strengthened longitudinal bar give the most protection against breaking.

Must be used with appropriate ULTIMATE® upgraded internal components to secure the best performance and durability.

For use with classic Army gearboxes modifications are required.
