Competition-Inspired Looks, Hard-Kicking Gas Blowback and Genuine Staccato Styling!

Description.

If you like your airsoft sidearms with a bit of competition pedigree, the Army Armament R619A Staccato Licensed Perfect 11 deserves a closer look. This full-size airsoft pistol takes its inspiration from the famous Staccato 2011 platform, combining race-gun styling with the practical features you'd want from a dependable skirmish sidearm. It's an attractive bit of kit, but there's more going on here than a fancy slide and a few trademarks.

Made by Army Armament under EMG licensing, the R619A features official Staccato markings and a realistic 1:1 scale design. Unlike a basic spring-powered BB Gun, this Green Gas GBB Pistol cycles its slide with every shot, giving you that satisfying mechanical kick that makes gas blowback airsoft guns so enjoyable. Whether you're running it as your main airsoft gun in CQB or keeping it holstered as a secondary, the Perfect 11 certainly looks the business.

CNC Aluminium Slide With a Proper Snappy Action

Starting at the business end, the R619A features a CNC-machined aluminium alloy slide with aggressive lightening cuts. These aren't just there to look pretty. Removing unnecessary material reduces the slide's weight, helping it cycle quickly during firing. The result is a sharp, responsive blowback action that suits the pistol's competition-inspired character.

The black finish gives the slide a purposeful appearance, while the licensed Staccato markings provide the authentic detailing collectors appreciate. Aluminium also gives the pistol a more substantial feel than the lightweight plastic slides found on many entry-level gas blowback pistols.

Custom Stippled Grip and Flat-Faced Trigger

Moving down to the frame, you'll find one of the R619A's nicest features: its custom hand-stippled polymer grip. The textured surface provides plenty of purchase without relying on bulky rubber panels. It's particularly useful when you're wearing gloves or playing in damp conditions, where a smooth grip can become a slippery nuisance.

The 2011-style grip design also accommodates the double-stack magazine, giving the pistol its distinctive proportions.

Just ahead of the grip sits a skeletonised, flat-faced trigger. Its shape provides a consistent contact point for your trigger finger, while the short, tactile pull makes controlled follow-up shots feel natural. It's the sort of detail you'll appreciate when moving between targets during a fast CQB game.

Reinforced Internals and Adjustable Hop-Up

Underneath those Staccato-inspired externals, Army Armament has fitted reinforced steel firing components designed around Tokyo Marui-compatible internals. That's good news for airsofters who appreciate an established upgrade platform, although individual aftermarket parts should always be checked for compatibility before fitting.

The adjustable hop-up is another important feature. For anyone unfamiliar with the term, hop-up applies backspin to the BB, helping it travel further with a flatter trajectory. Adjusting it to suit your chosen BB weight can make a noticeable difference to shot consistency and effective range.

Power comes from standard Green Gas, supplied through the included 27-round double-stack magazine. Gas blowback operation means the slide moves backwards and forwards with each shot, adding a realistic kick and mechanical feedback. Naturally, gas performance will vary with temperature, shooting pace and the gas you're using. Cold British skirmish mornings can be particularly unforgiving!

Tactical Rail and Ambidextrous Controls

Under the barrel, the R619A features an integrated 1913 Picatinny accessory rail. This allows you to attach compatible pistol torches or laser aiming devices, which can be particularly handy for indoor airsoft games where lighting isn't always on your side.

The prominent ambidextrous thumb safety makes the pistol practical for both right-handed and left-handed players. There's also a durable steel magazine release, adding another reassuring touch to the controls.

All these details help the Perfect 11 strike a nice balance. It has the looks of a competition pistol, yet the accessory mounting options and practical controls of a tactical airsoft handgun.
