Description.

The Armorer Works 10" Desert Eagle Conversion Kit AW-K00006 is made for airsofters who look at a standard Deagle and think it could do with being a little more outrageous. Designed for compatible Armorer Works and WE Desert Eagle gas blowback pistols, including certain Cybergun-branded models manufactured on the same platform, this kit replaces the standard front end with a substantial 10-inch setup. The main assembly uses aluminium alloy construction, giving your airsoft gun the suitably weighty, metallic feel you would expect from such an oversized pistol, while the included polymer grip completes its distinctive Raccoon City-inspired appearance.

The longer front end also brings some practical benefits. There's additional 20mm RIS / RAS rail space for mounting compatible sights and accessories, while the 14mm CCW threaded muzzle gives you the option of fitting suitable tracer units or other threaded airsoft accessories. A rear iron sight and extended safety lever are supplied too. In a skirmish, this is certainly not the discreet choice for a player who wants the smallest possible sidearm; the extra length makes the pistol bulkier to carry and draw. For an airsofter building a statement sidearm, themed loadout or something memorable for CQB games, however, that's rather the point.

Installation requires disassembly of the Desert Eagle, so this conversion is better suited to players who are comfortable working on GBB pistols or are happy to have an experienced airsoft technician fit it. Compatibility should also be checked carefully before installation, particularly with Cybergun Desert Eagles, as branding alone doesn't always identify the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Once fitted to the correct WE/AW-pattern pistol, the AW-K00006 gives the already enormous Desert Eagle an unmistakable 10-inch profile inspired by the famous hand cannon aesthetic seen in Resident Evil 2.
