Missing item

We apologize if you have received your parcel and there is a missing item.

This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

but please dont panic as from july 2016 every order we send out is video recorded with cctv cameras at our packing stations so if something is missing we can now clearly see it and get the missing thing sent out to you as soon as possible (it normally takes between 6 to 48 hours to check the cctv) 

You must notify us within 7 days after receiving your order if something was missing from your order as the cctv recorder deletes recordings after about 10 days

the quicker you tell us the more easy and quick it is for us to check the cctv and get your missing product sent out to you.

Q. My gun did not come with a laser    

A. This is most likely because they did not comply with uk trading standards and they was removed china by the supplier. normally the product only comes with the stuff it says comes with it in the description of the gun on this website. 

Q. My gun did not come with the stuff thats on the box lid.

A. This is because there are different versions of the same guns and the suppliers in china dont make a different box lid for each version (for example the M46A comes with no accessories and the M46P comes with scope ect but normally the price will be cheaper for the one with out the accessories.) TIP... if you look on the edge of the box lid some times there are photos of the different versions  

Q. My gun did not come with instructions.

A. Some guns dont come with instructions as crazy as that sounds but thats china for you but dont worry most guns are pretty simple and if you are having any problems just give us a quick call and we will do our very best to help you  

Q. There is a blank space missing in the Polystyrene or the gun box insert.

A. This is because there are different versions of the same guns and the suppliers in china dont make a different Polystyrene or the gun box insert for each version of the gun. for example the Galaxy G20 has a space for a silencer but dont come with one as the G20A that does have a silencer share the same box. this is  keep the manufacturing costs down in china.  

Q. There are screws/bolts missing from my sniper rifle 

A. on most sniper rifles even though it says on the instructions they are separate they are not. they are built in to the gun its self. just put the barrel on top of the guns butt and there are 2 or 3 holes on the underside of the guns butt (normally behind the guns mag well and near the guns trigger) just push your allan key firmly in the hole and and turn the key it may take a few turns till the allan key gets alined with the bolts but eventuality you will fell it start to take a grip as the two parts start connecting together
