Can I reuse BB gun pellets?
No, it’s not recommended to reuse BB pellets. Always use new, high-quality BBs, which can be purchased directly from our website. Pre-fired BBs may be damaged or contaminated with dirt, leading to a range of problems.
Damaged BBs can affect accuracy, FPS, and hop-up settings, causing them to fly unpredictably. Dirt or debris on reused BBs can clog your barrel and internals, potentially leading to costly damage. Additionally, using pre-fired BBs increases wear and tear on your gun’s components, reducing its overall lifespan.
Please note that any airsoft gun that has been used with pre-fired BBs will have its warranty voided. Protect your equipment by sticking to new BBs for reliable performance and longevity. so it’s better to avoid the risk and stick with fresh ammunition.
How long should I charge the battery for?
Never overcharge the gun battery this will damage the battery pack and could cause a fire as they get very hot! Please refer to the battery buying guide for any other details.
- Be sure to read the charger instructions thoroughly before charging your battery.
- Not all chargers are the same. Please use the proper charger which is intended for your battery type. if you are charging a 9.6V Nimh battery, make sure your charger can charge 9.6V batteries and Nimh batteries.
- make sure to use the proper connectors to connect your battery to the charger.
- Calculate the proper amount of time required to charge a battery by dividing the battery's milliamp capacity by the chargers charge rate, e.g. it would take a 250 mah rate charger 2.30 ours to charge a completely drained 1500 mah battery. Every charger is different, so be certain to read your chargers manual thoroughly before charging your battery.
- If you are not certain of a battery's remaining charge and you wish to charge it, place the battery on the charger and check it every 5-10 minutes. If the battery is warm to the touch, assume it is fully charged. If it is hot to the touch, remove the battery from the charger immediately!
- Remember, NiCad batteries must be completely discharged before charging again. Use the appropriate discharger to discharge the battery, or completely drain the battery through normal use before charging again.
How to Un-Jam an Airsoft/BB Gun?
A jammed airsoft gun can be frustrating, but it’s usually a simple issue to resolve. Follow these steps to safely and effectively un-jam your airsoft gun:
Step 1: Stop Firing Immediately
Continuing to fire a jammed gun can cause further damage to the internals. Switch the gun to safe mode and remove your finger from the trigger.
Step 2: Remove the Magazine
Take out the magazine to ensure no additional BBs are feeding into the chamber.
Step 3: Clear the Barrel
Use a cleaning or unjamming rod, which usually comes with your airsoft gun. Insert the rod into the barrel from the muzzle end (the front of the gun) and gently push it toward the hop-up chamber to dislodge the stuck BB. Be careful not to force it, as this could damage the barrel or hop-up unit.
Step 4: Check the Hop-Up
If the BB remains stuck, inspect the hop-up unit for debris or obstructions. Sometimes dirt or improperly adjusted hop-up settings can cause jams. Clean the hop-up and adjust it as needed.
Step 5: Test Fire
After clearing the jam, load a single BB into the chamber and test fire the gun. If the gun fires correctly, reload the magazine and continue playing.
if this don't work your, your airsoft gun may not be jammed, is maybe that the gear box is locked. se below for how to fix this problem.
When to Seek Professional Help
If the jam persists or you hear unusual noises, stop immediately and consult a professional airsoft technician. Continuing to tinker may cause more damage.
Regular maintenance, including cleaning the barrel and using high-quality BBs, can help prevent jams in the future.
How to Unlock an AEG Airsoft Gun's Gearbox
If your AEG airsoft gun's gearbox is locked, it usually means the gears have become stuck, often due to a discharged battery, a jammed spring, or improper use. Follow these steps to safely unlock the gearbox:
Step 1: Stop Firing Immediately
If you suspect the gearbox is locked, stop firing to prevent further damage. Continuing to fire may strip the gears or damage other internal components.
Step 2: Switch to Semi-Auto Mode
Set the fire selector to semi-automatic mode. This allows the gearbox to complete its firing cycle, which may release the jam. Pull the trigger once while ensuring your battery has sufficient charge. If it works, the gearbox should reset itself.
Step 3: Use a Freshly Charged Battery
A weak battery may not provide enough power to cycle the gearbox fully. Replace the battery with a fully charged one and try firing in semi-auto mode again.
Step 4: Manually Reset the Anti-Reversal Latch
If the gearbox is still locked, you may need to manually reset it. Disassemble the gun to access the gearbox. Locate the anti-reversal latch (a small lever in the gearbox designed to prevent the gears from moving backward). Use a small tool, like a flat-head screwdriver, to carefully release the latch. This should relieve tension in the gearbox and unlock it.
Step 5: Inspect for Jams or Damage
While the gearbox is open, inspect the gears, motor, and spring for damage or debris. Clean the components if necessary and ensure the gears are properly aligned.
Step 6: Reassemble and Test
After unlocking the gearbox, reassemble the gun and test it with a fully charged battery. Fire in semi-auto mode first to confirm the issue is resolved.
When to Seek Professional Help
If the gearbox remains locked or you’re unsure how to disassemble it safely, consult a professional airsoft technician. Attempting repairs without experience can lead to further damage.
Regular maintenance and using a reliable battery can prevent gearbox lock-ups and keep your AEG functioning smoothly.
What are the size of the rails on my gun?
99.9 percent of bb guns use a standard 20mm picatinny rail. Anything designed to fit on one will fit your gun. All standard rail mounted accessories will fit.

What is Hop-Up System?
Hop-Up system is a theory of anti-terrestrial gravity. Within Terrestrial gravity every object will gradually curve downwards when thrown. THE BB GUN technicians have design the pistol barrel to resist this terrestrial gravity. So, when the BB bullet is shot this design will cause the bullet to spin upward. The result of this design will make the BB bullet fly farther and more accurate. this design IS called The Hop-Up System. click here to see a video of how a hop up works
