Yodel's service

Yodel Standard 

Orders sent via a courier Delivery Service "YODEL Tracked" (placed before 3pm on weekdays for products marked "in stock") will normally be dispatched the same day (subject to mandatory security checks) and should arrive 1-4 working days later by courier. 

(Some remote places it can take 3 or 5 days for delivery ie Ireland and Scottish highlands) 

Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order

Orders will be delivered from 7.30am to 9pm (you should be sent a email by the courier on the day before they deliver) if you will not be in call them to arrange a different delivery day or arrange with them to leave it in a safe place. (i.e. around the back of your house etc)

They will make two attempts at delivery, if you miss them two delivery attempts we can arrange a third delivery but this will cost an extra £10 for every attempted delivery after that (so make sure you are in)

Please note the courier does not normally deliver on Saturday’s and does not deliver on Sunday’s so if your order was shipped on a Friday you won’t get it until Wednesday at the soonest.

Some times yodel deliver on Saturdays at no extra cost :)
 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or missed deadlines due to a failure of the courier so please order in plenty of time.

 

Yodel Express Shipping 

Orders sent via a courier Delivery Service "EXPRESS YODEL" (placed before 3pm on weekdays for products marked "in stock") will normally be dispatched the same day (subject to mandatory security checks) and should arrive 1-2 working days later by courier. We cannot gurentee it next day. (around 98 percent arrive next working day) 

(Some remote places it can take 2 or 3 days for delivery ie Ireland and Scottish highlands) 

Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order
