This is a Two-Tone VERY high powered spring action replica of an Dragunov sniper rifle, This replica is actually almost all metal the only non-metal parts are just the hand-guard and the stock, HOWEVER, there is always the option to purchase a wood conversion kit for this rifle along with a full upgrade for the inside of the gun.

The pullback action for this gun can sometimes be stiff to begin with - this does NOT mean the gun is broken this is just because the spring is so powerful, after a few shots this will start to loosen up, this gun makes a fantastic sniper rifle.

the piston in this gun is completely metal, with no plastic parts, you can actually see the piston when pulling the handle back and the quality of this is just unmatched, it is made from absolutely solid metal and just outstandingly reliable.

This is actually the second Dragunov made by A&K, this version of the weapon is more FAR powerful, more reliable, and actually has a few features that were left out of the first model - different attachments for the barrel, better supports and better securing.

Included in the box is the sniper rifle, all pre-assembled,a bag of around 100/150 CHEAP sample bullets, a full size un-jamming and cleaning rod (to use this just push a bit of cloth through the loophole and push the rod down the barrel) and also a very strong carrying strap so you can have the gun on your back.

when taken out from the box the sniper is not only massively long, but also has a very realistic and weighty feel to it - this is because almost all of the weapon is made from solid metal - also, even though the handle is plastic it is a solid, heavy and one-piece injection molded plastic, this makes the gun feel much more like a sniper rifle as appose to just a normal spring rifle, the way that the gun is fitted together means there is absolutely no wobble when holding the handle - there is a completely seamless attachment between the actual piece you hold and the main body.

It also has fully adjustable rear sights very similar to that of an AK47, just with slightly more adjustment settings, these sights can be raised and lowered, - this allows you to shoot off some EXTREMELY precise shots, this sniper shoots perfectly - the shots are almost always exactly centered with no unwanted lift/drop

LOADING/SHOOTING:

the magazine is released by pressing on the release catch just behind the magazine housing, the magazine can then be pulled upwards and away from the gun and loaded (I recommend using a speed loader to do this because of the amazing capacity!)
to re-insert the magazine into the gun you have to do so in the opposite way to removing it - this is exactly the same as how the magazine is taken and replaced in the real version and feels amazing to do!
once you have a fully loaded magazine in the gun you can simply pull back on the charging handle, take off the full metal safety catch, aim, and shoot!
the accuracy on this gun is phenomenal - it is far better than any other gun i have ever used and is just amazing.

The A&K SVD Dragunov is one of the best sniper rifles that i have ever used, it one of the most powerful snipers featured on this website and for the price, you cant really ask for anything better - the power of this rivals almost any sniper in the £300+ range!

i would recommend using 0.2G pellets or higher to really get the most out of this gun, and so as not to damage the barrel.
