We recommend returns over 610mm in length (most rifles) to be sent with https://www.evri.com/send If you use Evri this service is fully tracked and you can wait for them to collect from your door, or you can drop it off at your local Evri parcel shop, there are 4500 of them around the UK, normally you should have one within 1 mile of you. (unless you live in a very remote place.) in most cases, this is more convenient as you don't have to wait in for them to turn up. Royal Mail do not take parcels over 610mm in length.

For returns under 610mm (most pistols) you can use Royal Mail or Evri but Royal Mail will usually cost a bit more.

Less than 2kg (over 45cm) - £3.95
2 to 5kg (any size) - £5.95

As a rule of thumb, pistols will be in the less than 2 kg category.
Some rifles will be in the less than 2 kg but some bigger guns will fall in the 2 to 5 kg

If you use any other company's shipping service to send goods back to us, we will only refund the equivalent of what it would cost to ship it back with Evri as this is the best value if you use Royal Mail we will only give you back the amount it costs to sent it back 1st class. (please don't send it back with them as a special delivery as this cost more then the product in some cases.)

You will have to pay for the return in the first instance, but when we send back your fixed or replaced product we can send bb pellets to over cover the cost of sending it back to us, so if for instance if it cost 7 pounds to send back we will send it back with 10 pounds worth of bb pellets.

But if you do not want the bb pellets or something else we will refund you in store credit or send the money back to your card or PayPal account.

Just put what you would like us to do in a note in the return parcel if you don't put anything we will just send the bbs.

Checklist

1. Make sure postage labels are securely attached

2. Put your address on the outside of the package in case the parcel gets lost in the post

3. You must write your BBGUNS4LESS order number or return number on the outside of the package

4. Send back in original packaging if available if not please protect it with some bubble wrap or something similar

5. Please print the order invoice and put it inside the parcel

6. Write a note telling us the problem with the product, and the best contact detail’s for yourself

7. If asked what's in the parcel by the shipper mark it as "toy"

It is your responsibility for the goods to reach us back and in a reasonable condition, we can not be held responsible for lost parcels or damage in the post so make sure you have the appropriate cover when shipping expensive items back to us.
