ParcelForce Service

Parcel Force Service

Orders sent via our ParcelForce service (placed before 3:00pm on weekdays for products marked "in stock") will be normally dispatched the same day (subject to mandatory security checks) and should arrive 1-2 working days later by courier. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

Orders will be delivered from 7.30am to 7pm 

They will make one attempts at delivery if you miss it you will have to collect from your local sorting office or post office. (Please note sometime’s they forget to leave a failed delivery cards)

ParcelForce do not deliver on a Saturday as Standard we can arange a Saturday delivery but the costs is £20 

ParcelForce do not deliver on Sundays so if your order was sent Friday and you don’t get it on sat you won’t get it until Monday at the soonest.

LOST IN POST.

If you think your shipment is lost in the post you will have to wait 14 days until you can make a lost parcel claim.

 

PROOF OF POSTAGE

We always post with a proof of postage so it can be supplied if needed.

 

Tracking 

You will not be able to track your Parcel Force shipment until its collected from us (normally around 5pm)

you can track your shipment here when you have your tracking number after 5pm aprox

 

Notifications 

Parcel force will send an email or text to you, to tell you when they plan to deliver their parcel. If this is not convenient, you can instruct them to deliver on a different day or to a different address (a neighbour or a post office).

They currently offer three delivery messages to recipients:

  • Day of despatch (email or SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered the following day.
  • Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection.
  • Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising you of the one hour delivery time window
