Awaiting Fulfilment

What does the "awaiting fulfilment" order status mean?

The status "awaiting fulfilment" means that the order has been received and confirmed, but the items have not yet been shipped.

Essentially, the order is in a queue to be picked, packed and dispatched.

Once the fulfilment process is complete and the shipping label is stuck to your package, the order status will change to "shipped", indicating that the items are on their way to you.

There will also be an email with the tracking number sent to you when we book the parcel with the shipping company.
