DESCRIPTION:

SRC's 1911 is truly one of the nicest middle of the range 1911's currently available today, the iconic
1911 pistol is something that is easily recognisable because of its very distinctive "Classic Pistol" shape
arguably one of the most influential pistols ever made, the 1911 saw action in both the first and second
world wars, and the design remains fairly unchanged now as to how it was on the original.
The 1911 Pistol features a double safety - meaning you must be firmly gripping the weapon in order to
press the rear safety or the weapon will not fire; this means there is a very low chance of the weapon
firing when in your holster, which is always a bonus!

The general build of this weapon is very solid - the frame and slide of the weapon are made from solid
aluminium with a very nice steel magazine, this helps to give the weapon a VERY realistic feel by increasing
the weight of the weapon to just enough to feel impressive in the hand, but not so much as to feel impractical.

The 1911 features a very comfortable grip design, with textured panels on both sides and a long beavertail
in order to give you the best grip on the weapon when shooting (this also helps to keep the weapon on
target when it recoils) While some people argue that the sights on the 1911 are too old and outdated,
they work a treat with this model - the iron sights are at just the right height for shots at ranges of 10-40 metres.
Something to note about this version of the weapon is the very long barrel, this is longer than the barrel found
on smaller Glock models and allows you to get just that little bit of extra accuracy out of your weapon.

(Alike most other Blowbacks, this weapon is fully strippable for cleaning and repair)
