DESCRIPTION:
This is a replica of the S&W M945 - Inspired by the classic M1911, the M945 is a competition shooting pistol featuring
a single action firing mechanism and a match grade trigger that means the time from actually pulling the trigger to
shooting a bullet from the weapon is vastly reduced when compared to other pistols.
A&K Have done a fantastic job of replicating this unique pistol, the slide features the signature scaled design , and the
rear sights are fully adjustable so as to allow for very accurate shooting even at longer ranges. The lower frame of the
weapon is constructed to a very high standard with no seams or marks from the moulding of the weapon - The handgrips
are imitation wood, but are a very NICE imitation wood - they look very realistic and feel incredibly nice to hold due to the
textured finish.
This pistol features a very reasonable 250Fps of power - some may consider this a little low, but FPS has nothing to do with
range or accuracy - it must also be considered that at the close ranges pistols are normally used at having a high FPS will mean
that you will not be allowed to use the weapon at most sites, generally having a slightly lower fps will make the weapon more usable
and more suited to the role of a sidearm rather than meaning you are in essence, carrying another primary weapon due to the rules
about high fps = minimum engagement distance.
This weapon is perfectly suited to the role of sidearm in any situation, it has a very nice kick to it when shooting and feel incredible in
the hand, the lower fps will mean this is completely safe to use at close ranges and the accuracy and range will mean this is also perfect
for taking shots when your rifle runs out of ammo.
(We would recommend using 0.20's with this weapon)
