DESCRIPTION:
One of the world's most iconic rifles, originally the standard issue weapon of the German infantry during
WW2, Kar98K's are still used today as military aid in times of dire need. The real weapon is accurate up
to ranges of up to 500 Metres with guns the iron sights but could hit its target at up to 1000 Metres (Just over half a mile) when used with a telescopic magnification sight.
These rifles have been in service in Vietnam with the NVA, where the soviet union provided them - they have also been used in the 1990s during the Yugoslav Wars. The insurgents are even using these rifles in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
While many enthusiasts will see the Kar98K as a classic "Bad Guy Gun" similar to how the AK is portrayed, it is a testament
to the original design and structure of the weapon as to how long it has lasted - the mear fact that Kar98's are still in use today
shows that they are solid and reliable weapons! Snow Wolf are renowned for making fantastic externals on their weapons, and the Kar98 is no exception - the wood feels incredibly realistic in the hand, and the weight of the rifle is really quite nice -

Does NOT have a Wood Stock

This is a good quality product and is very realistic indeed. BUT, Read the product description (AT THE END - only then does it say that it has a faux wood stock). I have complained as I thought this had a WOOD stock as it is decribed in the product title. Only to send it back when I found it was plastic, high quality that looks like wood BUT PLASTIC. So just a word to the wise. Rob, S. Wales.

For a rifle modelled after an infamous WW2 weapon, the design is highly accurate, very sturdy and feel so good to hold, the weight behind it is satisfying. Also to add the price is great value for what you get! This'll be going up nicely with my collection
