it's curently against uk law to sell bbguns with the lazers that are sometimes supplied with our guns. as they do not comply with uk trading standerds. Until we can resolve this issue with our suppliers in the far east , we can not supply any lasers with any of our guns, as far as we know there is no supplier/bbgun site selling legal lazers as soon as they become available and legal we will sell them again. if you do get a gun with a lazer they are no covered under warrenty if you are not happy with this please dont buy.
What is Hop-Up System?
Hop-Up system is a theory of anti-terrestrial gravity. Within Terrestrial gravity every object will gradually curve downwards when thrown. THE BB GUN technicians have design the pistol barrel to resist this terrestrial gravity. So, when the BB bullet is shot this design will cause the bullet to spin upward. The result of this design will make the BB bullet fly farther and more accurate. this design IS called The Hop-Up System. click here to see a video of how a hop up works
What does FPS mean ?
if a gun is 200 fps it means the bb pellet is moving at 200 feet per secound when fired from a 200 fps bb gun.
Only use new BB pellets if you use old fired bb's your gun WILL jam, as old BB pellets will be distorted in shape and your warrnety void.
What does awaiting fulfilment mean?
its just the deflut setting when you make an order
My order status is awating payment but the money has been taken from my account ?
its probabley becouse your paypal or credit card regesterd address dose not match shipping address of your order or your order name does not match your payment name. the awating payment status just flags this for us to investegate to make sure who has paid for order realy wants the order and its not fruadulent activaty. sometimes orders are flaged awating payment if you try to pay by e-check if you do pay by e-check the payment takes around 10 days to clear we will not send any goods untill all funds are cleard.
How long should I charge the battery for?
Never overcharge the gun battery this will damage the battry pack and could cause a fire as they get very hot!
- Be sure to read the charger instructions thoroughly before charging your battery.
- Not all chargers are the same. Please use the proper charger which is intended for your battery type. if you are charging a 9.6V Nimh battery, make sure your charger can charge 9.6V batteries and Nimh batteries.
- make sure to use the proper connectors to connect your battery to the charger.
- Calculate the proper amount of time required to charge a battery by dividing the battery's milliamp capacity by the chargers charge rate, e.g. it would take a 250 mah rate charger 6 hours to charge a completely drained 1500 mah battery. Every charger is different, so be certain to read your chargers manual thoroughly before charging your battery.
- If you are not certain of a battery's remaining charge and you wish to charge it, place the battery on the charger and check it every 5-10 minutes. If the battery is warm to the touch, assume it is fully charged. If it is hot to the touch, remove the battery from the charger immediately!
- Remember, NiCad batteries must be completely discharged before charging again. Use the appropriate discharger to discharge the battery, or completely drain the battery through normal use before charging again.
take out the magazine and turn off the safety. Push the rod softly down the barrel to free the stuck the bb pellet.
Never look down the barrel to view the jammed BB.
For best results spray silicon lubricant in the barrel.
Do not attempt to remove or take apart the gun or barrel as this will void the 30 day warranty.
Never use cheap BB pellets or reuse old pellets. The use of poor quality, low grade BB pellets may cause damage to your gun and will void the warranty please just stick to the bulldog we sell as it works out cheapper for you then a new gun.
